APPLICATION PROCESS

Screening of Trainee-applicants

This is where we first entertain and see the applicant. For inquires or walk -in, the applicants will be ask to return with their Resume and referral Letter. If the applicant already has his/her resume the receptionist will ask some question base on the information on his/ her resume and will be brief regarding some of the basic things about the program.

During Orientation / Seminar About the Program

The STTP TESDA- JITCO Scheme Training Program and other necessary information will be discussed to the applicants. It's Purpose and Objective of the program, these include the following flow - Chart:
 

Preliminary Nihongo Class:
Briefing About the Program, Japanese Etiquette

Five Consecutive Saturday of Basic Pre-Nihonggo Class, These are preparation course for the applicants, for the interviews they will have.
Session I Self-Introduction:
•  Basic Nihonggo Class
•  Interviews Do's and Don'ts
   
Session II Japanese Lifestyle:
•  Japanese Culture (custom, traditions and custom)
•  Table Manners and Etiquettes (Chopsticks and drinking rules)
•  Sharing of STEP staff (trainees' experience)
•  Review of self introduction
   
Session III Documentation:
•  Documentation process (reviewing of documents)
•  Orientation review (STTP TESDA ? JITCO Scheme)
•  Sharing of STEP Staff (monitoring and present trainees problem)
•  Review of self introduction
   
Session IV Actual implementation:
•  One on one Self introduction
•  Actual Evaluation
   

Session V Final Evaluation:
•  Self-introduction
•  Culture
•  Work and Skills
•  STTP
•  Personality and True purpose


Preliminary Interview

Done by the Sending Organizations' President. The Applicants will be evaluated and will be ask on all the things he/she had learned from the Foundation. The Interview will also determine if the applicant is ready to be interview by an Accepting Company.

Final Interview

Done by the Accepting Company or as we called them AC. they are the Japanese Employer who will interview the applicants that the Foundation prepared, that possibly will be their Trainees in their Companies.

Nihongo Class

Japanese Language Course - a three month preparatory class of grammar and writing lessons of Japanese communication skills, the foundation for free will provide the applicants who passed the final interview an instructor who is equipped and has the knowledge of Japanese Language, culture and work systems.

Contract Signing

The STEP Foundation's Lawyer will discuss an agreement for the chosen applicant who will be train in Japan, stating that the Trainee will follow the rules and regulations of the training Program and finish his/her 3 years of training.

Departure to Japan

After the preparation of the trainee under the supervision of the Foundation, their departure will be scheduled. And will be dispatched, to start their training in japan at their respective Accepting Companies.
