STEP FOUNDATION INC., (Skills and Technology for Entrepreneurs in the Phils.) , is a non-stock, non-profit organization that is duly registered with SEC and TESDA, headed by Susan R. Santos.

Our main objective is to provide and to develop our Filipino skilled workers after their training program to contribute in the growth of the Philippines that are: "Rational", "Endued with common sense", self-confident, thinking, researching, able to employ his/her own creativity, peaceful, respectful to other opinions and beliefs, loyal to the basic principles and values of the republic.

STEP Foundation prepares Filipino trainees to participate fully in the benefits of democracy and globalization.
