STEP Foundation Monitoring Program is a proof that STEP Foundation is still concerned about its trainees. STEP and Accepting Organization as partners, visit and monitor the trainees four to five times a year. In this way, Both organizations will know any concerns of their trainees regarding their training or even their personal life concerning their families. Monitoring is a must to establish a good relationship between the Sending Organization, Accepting Organizations, Accepting Company/s and Trainees.
