DEPARTURE
New Batch of trainees should undergo a 10-day Orientation/Seminar in a training center that will be handling by the Accepting Organization. Within this period, the trainees will be educated about:

  1. Japan, some facts and its geography
  2. Daily Life in Japan
    Japanese Laws: Some rules which should be observed pertaining their training like keep their passport and official documents with them at all times
  3. Safety Rules and Preparation in case of emergency
  4. Cost of Living, Money, Shopping, Additional Tax Values
  5. Events/Holidays in Japan
    Difference Between Trainees and Interns
  6. Homesick...What the trainees should do.
  7. Sending and Saving Money to the bank
  8. What is a Japanese Company?
    Politeness and Discipline
  9. Japan and Philippine Economy
    Difference and Present Situation
  10. AO and SO: Roles and Achievements

Also, there will still be Japanese Language Lesson during this period. Most important topic that is usually discuss is the trainee's main contribution for his/her country, Philippines, after his/her training.
